Have you ever gone to the gym with motivation and great intention but quickly realise you have no idea what to do - You spend 10mins on the treadmill.... Glance around to see what others are doing and attempt to secretly copy them all the while having no good idea what body part the exercise is meant to be working!!

Well ... Me too...

So to help you out I’m introducing a new daily video series entitled Fitness 101. Where I show you the exercises that helped me lose over 180 lbs. of Fat, and build lean muscle. I'll show you basics up to advance level movements that you can do at home or in the gym. Mix and match them to create your own workouts. And before you know it you 'll be the one people are coping!
