This recipe is for 2 meals.... lunch & dinner; Approx. Total Grams of Fat per meal: 13g Approx. Total Kcal's per meal: 526 kcal's Super Lean Turkey Stir Fry Ingredients; British Turkey Stir Fry 400g 150g; Rice Noodles 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Assorted Chilli's and Spices Mixed Pepper Stir Fry Pack 300g 1 extra Bell Pepper 2 tbsp soy sauce Dash of Balsamic Vinegar Or make it your way, and let me know how it turns out! xx
