UPDATE!!! 12.2st vs 16.3st

Lost another 1.8kg getting so close to the goal of 75kg now, slower progress nowadays with actually KGS -lost, but definitely seeing progress in toning! . I'm down to a size 10/12, did my first back picture, noticed how well weight training has sculpted by shoulders, back and butt…. hehe!
