Training That Works - 001 - JNL Fusion Workouts

Hey there Something Lovers, introducing my #trainingthatworks series… I've been exercising consistently 4 days a week for almost two years now doing a wide variety of exercise. And as you can imagine my training style/form and strength has greatly improved… i know how daunting exercising and the gym can be, so i want to pass on my tips to success, helping you not waste your time and get the body you actually want quicker and easier then you think! ' First up is JNL Fusion Workouts, these workouts are created by fitness model Jennifer Nicole Lee. Jennifer was once also over weight! JNL Fusion Legs has been a staple in my weekly workout regime for over a year. I carry a lot of my weight in my legs and butt, since beginning this regime i've lost 10 inches around each thigh!!! Yes that's right 20 inches in total! I have learnt this routine and do it with heavy weights in the gym, but you can just follow along at home without weights… like i do when i can't be bothered to go to the gym!
